Marine Phytoplankton - the basis of the food chain

Phytoplankton, like plants, obtain energy through a process called photosynthesis, and so must live in the well-lit surface layer (termed the euphotic zone) of an ocean, sea, or lake.

Welcome to my Blog

Greetings. This is my first blog post and I'm excited to be able to establish a dialog with other people interested in frequensea as well as the general topics of nutritional benefits. I thought I'd kick things off with my goals for this blog.

I have always been amazed by the strong sense of community among health drink users, and want to use this blog as a way to contribute to the community.

I plan to share my views on news related to the benefits of frequensea, plus share info about resources to learn more about frequensea. I'll also pass along info about cool sites our users create to showcase their work or share their knowledge.

I welcome feedback on things you like about this blog and suggestions on how to improve it.

Cindy
