Welcome to my Blog

Greetings. This is my first blog post and I'm excited to be able to establish a dialog with other people interested in frequensea as well as the general topics of nutritional benefits. I thought I'd kick things off with my goals for this blog.

I have always been amazed by the strong sense of community among health drink users, and want to use this blog as a way to contribute to the community.

I plan to share my views on news related to the benefits of frequensea, plus share info about resources to learn more about frequensea. I'll also pass along info about cool sites our users create to showcase their work or share their knowledge.

I welcome feedback on things you like about this blog and suggestions on how to improve it.

Cindy

Hi Cindy , Where can I find percentages of ingredients in Frequensea . Thanks , Laura

Re: Greetings    By Cindy on 11/6/2006
We have emailed you the ingredients.

Re: Greetings    By John on 12/13/2006
I heard that frequnsea is hype up by the doctors in the videos. They just talk about the plankton and not the dink. Also, Tom Harper was better taking the pure powder and not the dink. He apparently sold out for the money instead to really help the people. Also, in the tapes he was skinny and after he sold out to forevergreen he gained alot of weight. Go figure. There isn't really enough plankton in the drinks to really have any effects unless maybe if you dingk a gallon a day, maybe. This really seems over priced and to hyped up. The pure powder is the real thing, not just 37 mg in a ounce and who really knows how that plankton was processed. Just my 2 cents.

What's going on with this thing?    By BluePhi on 1/16/2007
I am a science teacher. I am interested in the "green" foods. I am surprised that there are few comments. Also few recent comments....is this all a "hype deal?"

Re: Greetings    By Julie on 1/22/2007
Hi! I just bought a couple of bottles of FrequenSea at a Health Show on the weekend. I bought it for myself as a vitamin replacement for all the pills I'm now taking. I was hoping my grandsons would like it but #1 grandson has balked at it. Will try adding it to his juice next time. Cindy, are you still taking the FrequenSea? Are you now a distributor? Curious ....

2nd week    By Rejuvenations on 2/2/2007
I was hoping to find more comments. I can say that I have had an ounce a day for almost 2 weeks and I had no cramping, acne breakouts or mood swings before my period started. I also feel a bit more energetic. Frequensea is the only change I have made to my diet. My 4yo did not like the taste but I added OJ to it and told her it was pretend mermaid juice. She drinks 1/2 ounce with out any problem.

Re: Greetings    By DR on 3/10/2007
Can you tell me if this product can truly replace a quality high potency vitamin/mineral supplement? I am especially concerned about calcium and the other minerals necessary for bone health. I've been taking a particular supplement and feel i do get good results, however, i also agree pills probably aren't the most effective choice. Looking for a way to improve overall health and eliminate all the vitamin/herb pills. Is it possible to know the amount of calcium/mag/potassium, etc that is actually in 1/2 oz? Are all of the ingredients naturally occuring or are any "added" by man? Thanks

Re: Greetings    By Jess on 3/16/2007
Hello! Responding to DR, I wouldn't recommend that you discontinue to take your regular vitamins. FrequenSea is full of nutritious vitamins and minerals, however, that may not be sufficient for your daily intake for all vitamins. As of right now it has not been released exactly how much calcium and potassium are in FrequenSea, but I do know that there is 8 mg of Magnesisum, per half ounce. Also all the ingredients in FrequenSea are naturally occuring, there are no man added sugars, calories, carbs, etc. I hope that helps you, DR.

Re: Greetings    By Charlene on 4/24/2007
Will any of the ingredients interact with medications....ex. blood pressure meds or heart meds. I know herbal remedies do inter-react with them?

Re: Greetings    By Meg on 4/24/2007
FrequenSea is a synergistic combination of clean and/or organic whole foods, herbs, spices, etc, which does not interfere with most medications. However, you should always consult your physician before trying anything new and be under supervision when taking medications for problems such as blood pressure or heart problem.

Re: Greetings    By Dr. Kim on 7/20/2007
I wanted to bring out one point that might help DR. It is not about the milligrams that you are taking in a supplement, but it is how much of it can be taken into our cells and not be eliminated by our digestive tract. Many vitamins will not even breakdown if submerged in vinegar. The fact that FrequenSea immediately disperses in water makes me belieive that it will easily go into my cells. Also getting vitamins and minerals in whole food form is better assimilated that a hard bill containing alot of one vitamin. I have never taken this stuff, but I am definely going to start!

Re: Greetings    By Rob M. on 10/8/2007
How many miligrams of plankton equal a half teaspoon? Isn't that the daily amount Tom Harper took to get well? How many miligrams of plankton are in each 15 ml serving of SequenSea?

Re: Greetings    By Sam on 10/10/2007
Every 15 ml contains 37.5 mg of marine phytoplankton. You can find more information at http://www.newplankton.com/frequensea-ingredients.htm. Half a teaspoon is equal to 2 ml.

Re: Greetings    By Don on 10/31/2007
I have just been diagnosed with Diabetes type 2, do you think the use of SequenSea will help stabilise blood sugar levels? And what is the recommended dose? Regards

Re: Greetings    By Verna on 11/16/2007
Well, I have tried the product ( for approx 2 months)and don't feel a thing different. It is a very expensive placebo...may as well just eat right and take some good quality vitamins. And guess what....I checked around and Tom Harper as well as the Chiropractor ( Bob Rowe I think his name was) are also on the UMCA-CORE site saying the very same things about their products. The distributor's of this product in the Victoria , B.C. area are actually telling people this stuff CURES cancer, which is just plain negligent.I don't think this can be proven.I totally agree with John's comments.<br>Come on people, if you think this stuff works, I have some swamp land to sell you!

Re: Greetings    By Verna on 11/16/2007
Sorry, that's UMAC-CORE. Oh and a collegue of mine inquired about visitng Tom harper's farm because we just left 100 miles or so from it. Apparently they don't allow the public to visit the farm. Hmm....could it be that they just pick kelp off the beach and put a drop or two into the Frequensea? If something is that secretive, I'm guessing it can't be too great.

Re: Greetings    By Tony on 12/1/2007
No one is twisting your arm or brow beating anyone into the use of this unique product. If you're skeptical and don't like the POSSIBILITIES of improved health, please continue on the current health program you're on. What people say is a personal experience and may vary from yours - Not everyone who visits the Grand Canyon sees beauty - some just see a big hole in the ground. Go back to the Centrum Vitamins.

Re: Greetings    By Blain on 12/12/2007
Hi Cindy, nice to see someone with enough courage to start a blog on Frequensea. You know I was real keen on this product until I read the ingredients and discovered sugar derived from Fruit juices was in the product and probably wouldn't benefit any diabetic, and possible add more issues with blood sugar levels. Also why so little phytoplankton ? 37.5mg per 15/ml compared to Umac Core having extract from 250 mg per 2ml's of product. Hmmm, just curious on how it can really benefit anyone except the MLM's pocket. Lots of hype usually brings more sales but lets be realistic, what product would be most beneficial to all ?

Re: Greetings    By Susan on 2/8/2008
I checked out the FrequenSea website to find out more about the product. Sadly there was very little information to be found. The page was so badly written that I have lost all interest - if these people expect to be taken seriously they should at least use spell check before they put things up on the web! The writing style just shows ignorance.

Re: Greetings    By Happy in LA on 2/24/2008
Hello Cindy,<br>Thank you for your time and effort in having this blog. I have been using Frequensea for 3 weeks. I allow by body to guide me in how much I consume daily, I am averaging 4 to 5 ounces a day. I feel when my body is nutritionally satisfied, I will be able to cut down to 1 to 2 oz. a day. <br>I feel GREAT! My skin is looking youthful and radiant. I have noticed that I do not feel as achy in my joints. Lots of energy. Most important...I feel a wonderful emotional balance of well being. I attribute this to the rose and frankincence. I am having a lovely experience and I am happy for it.

Re: Greetings    By luz a barraza on 3/10/2008
well,i receive the frequensea today. i immediately check it for ph.since it is stated that it has a 8-8.5 ph. well i was very suprise. i got a reading of 4.5 ph.i have been taking an herbal and potasssium ph formula, that has a ph of 7.5,and it tested at 7.5. i need more info.please respond. thanks

Re: PH Level and General    By Mom In Memphis on 3/15/2008
Hi!<br>I wanted to address the concern by Luz a barraza on the PH in FrequenSea. How much are you taking and how often? When I began I only took 1/2 oz. once daily. I did that for about 3 months. Then I changed to taking 1/2 oz twice daily. I saw a BIG difference in this. The energy increased. The "feel good" feeling increased and overall, I saw a difference. I would suggest maybe taking a suppliment of DHA / EPA, which is Omega 3. The one I take has a blend of both. One is for the concentration (brain function) and the other is for your joints (which is GREAT!) Also, give it about 2 weeks before really trying to rationalize the effect. FrequenSea is what it is and that is the absolutely best multi purpose vitamin you can put into your body. I will NEVER take another multivitimin in pill form again!<br>Thanks and keep the comments flowing. It's all we have!

Re: don't stop your other vitamins    By DR on 8/24/2010
I was taking Frequensea for over a year and when i first started i felt a great boost of energy. That energy faded after while on the product. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis, thyroid and adrenal issues and my holistic doc said this product is ok to take but does not replace necessary vitamins. He determined thru tests i am mineral deficient, so i am very happy i found out and started taking a pharm. grade vitamin. Hopefully i will restore balance now that i know what my issues are. I'm sure this product has value, but don't think it has "everything" your body needs and you don't need other vitamins/minerals. Everybody is in a different situation!
